Uninhabitable Residences

ADS starts where most other janitorial services draw the line. We supply all the equipment and personnel needed to transform an uninhabitable home (garbage house) back to a safe environment. These conditions could stem from health risks, such as large amounts of trash accumulation, abundant animal feces, tuberculosis disinfection, or any potential waste accumulation.

Laboratory and Clean Room Disinfection

ADS supplies service to both the government and the private sector for the proper cleaning and disinfecting of laboratories and clean rooms. We use OSHA- and PCA-approved cleaners for the professional cleaning of these areas and instrumentation in those environments. All of our technicians are trained and certified in the use of respirators (29CFR1910.134), PPE donning and doffing, and a wide variety of HEPA filters and cleaners for sterile lab settings.

Hantavirus and Histoplasmosis

The aftereffects of rodent infestation can bring potentially lethal exposure to Hantavirus spread by infected rodents, and histoplasmosis from their feces. Our professional cleanup teams utilize professional techniques to remove and dispose of all remains of rodent infestation and feces as mandated by State and Federal regulations, including analytical clearance testing.

Fingerprint Dust Removal

Removal of fingerprint dust and luminal after law enforcement agencies have gathered all their evidence from a crime scene.

Forensic Evidence Transportation, Disposal, and Storage

ADS provides the service of transporting, proper packaging, documenting, and/or destruction of forensic evidence for criminal cases that are stored at city, county, state, or federal agencies. This service properly documents the chain of evidence and its final storage place or destruction. We clean all weapons from any biohazards and secure them so they will not discharge. All illegal narcotics are weighed and documented. All biohazardous tainted items are properly secured for storage or destruction. Our technicians are licensed in most states to carry a concealed weapon.  We also offer the service of writing standard operating procedures for those agencies that do not have policies in place concerning evidence documentation and storage.

Sewage Backup and Water Damage

ADS provides the cleanup and decontamination of residential and commercial buildings that have been effected by sewage backup and or water damage.
